The aqua park and sun loungers were a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute room change, ensuring our family's comfort. Everything, from the soundproof windows to the flat-screen TV, exceeded my expectations. I am truly grateful for the exceptional experience at Hotel Alexander Resort and can't wait to return.
